Participation is limited to 7 people per class, in order to give maximum personal attention. Payment is required at the time of registration. No refunds will be given. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to a friend.
                                                                                
                                                                                 OCTOBER 2010
BASIC KNITTING Tues Oct 5,12 & 19  6 - 8pm. $75.00
Start from the very beginning! We assume you've never knitted before. Open the door to this satisfying craft. We will cover the basics in Just 3 classes.
REAL SOCKS. Tues Oct 26, Nov 2 & 9 6 - 8pm $75.00
Learn to make basic socks. You will be introduced to double pointed needles (socks are made without seams!), turning a heel and grafting the toe. Wearing hand knit socks is a lovely experience. The only problem with learning to make socks is that you wont want to go back to socks off the rack or out of the pack.
CABLES. Weds Oct 20  6 - 8pm $25.00
You will learn the basics of knitting cables, reading cabling instructions and leave with an assortment of cabled samples. Please know how to cast on, knit, purl and bind-off.
CROCHET. Weds Oct. 6,13 & 20 6 - 8pm $75.00
Learn the art of crochet, beginning with the very first loop. This class is for you, whether you're brand-new to crochet or looking for a refresher. We will teach the fundamentals of crochet.
FIBER FUSION CLUTCH. Weds Oct. 6 & 20  1 - 4PM $75.00
No knitting required- seriously. Even those who think they're 'all thumbs' can learn this extraordinary technique to create one-of-a-kind works of art for day or evening. Access to a sewing machine is helpful but not necessary..

BOA SCARF. Tues Nov. 16  6- 8pm $25.00
This is a fun project! It looks sooo much more complicated than it is. Its also a great way to use up odds and ends but have it look like a million bucks. Please know how to cast-on, knit and bind off.
BABY BOOTIES. Tues Nov. 16 & 23  6 - 8pm $50.00
The cutest hiking boots of the newest addition! make a pair of these charmers in camouflage or pink! Please know how to cast-on, knit, purl and bind-off.
FINISHING TECHNIQUES. Weds Nov. 3, 10 & 17 3 - 5pm $75.00
This is where all your work comes together. Finishingcan make or break your knitting project. Learn how to professionally assemble your garments with skill that you can use on any and every knitted object from toys to pillows.
FIBER FUSION VEST. Suns 7 & 14 1 - 4pm $75.00
This workshop doesn't require knitting or crochet skills. A gorgeous (and very individual) assortment of yarns, creates a one-of-a-kind fabric that will be turned into a customized vest wih the help of Terry who has years of professional dressmaking experience. Access to a sewing machine is helpful but not necessary.

Join Marty to make these delightful, quick footsies for friends and family. She's put a new twist on a vintage idea. These make great quick gifts that you can mail in an envelope! Please know how to cast-0on, knit, purl and bind-off.
FLOWERED FELTED PURSE. Thurs Dec. 2 & 9  10 -12am $50.00
Rebecca will be sharing her pattern and the techniques to make this quick, versatile and oh so pretty purse. Make one and your family and friends will be clamouring for this charming accessory. Suggestions will be given for last minute, down to the wire versions.

If you've thought about learning a faster way to knit, join us for this one evening class and get started clicking away at an impressive pace.
INTARSIA. Weds jan 5 & 12  6 - 8pm $50.00
You can knit pictures and designs into your handknits with ease and confidence. Let's take the fear out of this knitting skill and open up loads of design possibilities and fun. Please know how to cast-on, knit, purl and bind-off.
BOOTS. Tues Jan 11,18 & 25 6 - 8pm $75.00
These boots are made for walking! Sexy, outrageous high-heeled boots. Funky,fur-trimmed and totally fun. These boots will be made from your very own shoes. You must be comfortable using double pointed needles for this class.
FIBER FUSION HOBO BAG. Weds Jan 5 & 19 1 - 4pm $75.00
Create a gorgeous hobo in your own style. No knitting or crochet skill are required, just a desire to come and play with your beautiful selection of fibers. Access to a sewing machine is helpful but not necessary.
FIBER FUSION PILLOWS. Suns Jan 9 & 23  1 - 4pm $75.00
One-of-a-kind designer pillows for any interior. Glitzy, casual, rustic, funky? Any style, any colors and titally your own. No knitting or crochet skills are needed. Access to a sewing machine is helpful but not necessary.
